- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the zucchini, then trim the ends and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
- Place zucchini slices in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the zucchini and toss again until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
