- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6–8 small flour or corn tortillas (warmed)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges

Instructions
- Prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and vinegar. Set aside.
- Marinate shrimp in buttermilk for 10–15 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge marinated shrimp in the mixture.
- Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden and crispy; transfer to paper towels.
- Toss cooked shrimp with half the bang bang sauce.
- Mix slaw ingredients and let them sit for a few minutes.
