- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt garlic butter. Add beef broth and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream followed by Velveeta cheese until melted. Gradually add cheddar and mozzarella until the sauce is creamy.
