  • 3/4 c heavy cream (organic)

  2. Whip the Cream: Beat heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form; refrigerate.
  3. Combine Egg Yolks and Sugar: Mix egg yolks and sugar until smooth; fold in mascarpone.
  4. Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently incorporate chilled whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Assemble Trifle: Dip lady fingers in berry sauce and layer in glasses or a trifle dish, alternating with mascarpone mixtures.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
