  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 3 tablespoons milk

  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 12 tablespoons orange zest
