- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
