  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • tsp Cajun seasoning (optional), for extra flavor
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
