  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cajun seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & black pepper
