  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored)
  • 12 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 45 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, salt and pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  5. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package instructions and layer it over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
