  • 23 teaspoons chili powder (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Create zucchini noodles using a spiralizer or mandoline slicer.
  2. Cut zoodles into shorter lengths for easier mixing.
  3. Toss zoodles with salt and place in a colander for about 30 minutes to drain excess moisture.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili powder, and chili oil to make the sauce.
  5. After draining, gently squeeze out extra moisture from zoodles and mix with the sauce.
  6. Toss until all zoodle pieces are well coated.
