Cinnamon Apple Cottage Cheese Bites are a deliciously healthy snack that perfectly blends the nutty flavor of oats, the creaminess of cottage cheese, and the sweetness of apples.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup applesauce or 1 small grated apple
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, oats, applesauce or grated apple, egg, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup (if using), baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to allow the oats to absorb moisture.
- Spoon the mixture into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup almost to the top.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
