  • For the Streusel Topping: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
