  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the cream cheese and mozzarella together on HIGH for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour until fully combined.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and turkey bacon until just combined.
  5. Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray and divide the dough into balls; place them in the skillet.
  6. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before baking.
