Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (approx. 500g)
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through; slice into strips.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth; season with black pepper.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Serve topped with sliced grilled chicken and fresh parsley.
