- 2 large chicken breasts (approx. 500g)
- 300g penne pasta
- 250ml heavy cream
- 100g grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through; slice into strips.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth; season with black pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve topped with sliced grilled chicken and fresh parsley.
