- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, and seasonings. Mix until combined and form into 1-inch meatballs.

- Stir in diced tomatoes and broth; bring to a simmer.
- Return meatballs to the pot and simmer for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and additional seasonings; heat through for about 5 more minutes.
