  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (at room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet on medium heat, add melted butter and stir in cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth and heated through.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot alongside your favorite sides.
