Ingredients
- 1.25 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ tsp dried oregano
- ¾ tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp ground cumin

Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic; drain and rinse the white beans.
- In the crockpot, combine chicken breasts, white beans, chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt, oregano, thyme, and cumin.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
