- 8 skinless chicken thighs

- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Salt

- 10 fresh coriander sprigs
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Thai yellow curry paste
- 300 ml water
- 2 limes
- 0.5 tablespoons sugar
- Olive oil
- 500 g cooked rice
- 25 g crispy fried onions
- Chili oil
