  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp avocado oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the Medjool dates open and remove any pits. Arrange them on the baking sheet with the slit side facing up.
  2. Flatten each date using the bottom of a glass cup coated with cooking spray for easy removal.
  3. Spread creamy peanut butter over the flattened dates evenly.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and avocado oil. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring in between.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
