  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté bell peppers and onions until soft (about 3-4 minutes). Let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in cooled vegetables.
  4. Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, chili sauce, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; brush over meatloaves.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow to rest before serving.
