Instructions

  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped carrots and celery; cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in chopped zucchini, green beans, diced tomatoes, and drained cannellini beans.
