  • 30 taco shells
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
  • 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup Pepita salsa (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
  • 1 jar Cholula Salsa
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Favorite chips
  • Habanero pepper (garnish)

Instructions

  1. On a large food-safe board or tray, place a bowl of shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes in the center.
  2. Set up small bowls with salsa, guacamole, olives, and sour cream around the central bowl.
  3. Arrange taco shells around the perimeter of the board.
  4. In a frying pan with heated olive oil, sauté chopped onion for 10 minutes until tender. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill each taco shell with the turkey mixture and sprinkle cheese on top; bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Arrange cooked tacos on the board and fill gaps with chips and any desired hot sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and habanero peppers before serving.
