- 5 large peaches (peeled and diced)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F for glass or dark pans (375°F for light pans) and grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly; stir in the beaten egg.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon; add diced peaches and lemon juice until coated. Spread over the crust.
- Crumble remaining crust mixture on top and bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before slicing.
