  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, seasonings, and milk. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. For the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
