- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan or baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, seasonings, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
