  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add the halved baby potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter. Sear the steak in a single layer for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned but juicy.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together gently.
  4. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
