  • 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Fresh arugula leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F.
  2. Prepare flatbreads: If homemade, par-bake as needed; if store-bought, ensure they are ready.
  3. Brush both sides of the flatbreads with olive oil.
  4. Spread spinach pesto evenly over each crust.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella across both pizzas.
  6. Layer on halved grape tomatoes, sliced red onion, black olives, quartered artichoke hearts, and crumbled feta cheese. Season with dried oregano and a pinch of kosher salt.
