Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

- ½ cup lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)

- ½ tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
