Ingredients
- 18 ounces green enchilada sauce
- 3 cups rotisserie or cooked chicken (cubed)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 ounces canned green chilis
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour about 1 cup of enchilada sauce into the bottom.
