Ingredients

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Seasoned salt (to taste)
- 4 oz soft goat cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- Pinch fresh black pepper
