Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Dried herbs (oregano, thyme)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 cup kale (chopped)
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 45 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup broccoli florets (steamed or sautéed)
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions
