  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (for filling)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for filling)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for filling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and light brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
