- 1–2 tbsp liquid sweetener (maple syrup or agave)
- 1 1/2 tsp agar-agar powder
- 1 cup beet/berry/cherry juice
- 1/4 cup berry jam
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together orange juice, sweetener, and agar-agar. Let it stand for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat over medium until simmering; whisk constantly for about 2 minutes until thickened. Pour into molds.
- Blend beet/berry/cherry juice, berry jam, and additional agar-agar until smooth. Repeat the heating process and pour over the orange layer.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully set before removing from molds.
