  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chopped onion with ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Mix in dill pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until combined.
  3. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, sugar-free ketchup, and Swerve until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, create 3-inch circles of shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  5. Once baked, layer the sauce and meat mixture onto each cheese circle and roll tightly.
  6. Allow to cool to set before serving.
