Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 Onion (chopped finely)
- 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chopped onion with ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix in dill pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until combined.
- In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, sugar-free ketchup, and Swerve until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, create 3-inch circles of shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
- Once baked, layer the sauce and meat mixture onto each cheese circle and roll tightly.
- Allow to cool to set before serving.
