  • 1 cup hummus (plain or flavored)
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt (Greek-style preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 small cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 medium tomato, finely diced and seeded
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 4 large pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut pita breads into triangles, arrange on a baking tray, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
  4. To assemble the dip: spread hummus as the base layer in a serving dish, followed by the yogurt mixture. Top with diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, feta cheese, drizzle olive oil, and garnish with parsley or mint.
  5. Serve chilled with pita chips.
