  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups dry rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until soft and slightly browned.
  3. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and basil; stir to combine.
  4. Incorporate tomato paste and cook for one minute to enhance flavor.
  5. Add shredded chicken and pour in chicken broth; bring to a boil then reduce to simmer.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Stir in rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions (10-12 minutes).
  8. Once pasta is cooked, turn off heat and stir in heavy cream; adjust seasoning if needed.
