  • 3 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 1 1/2 cups organic heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsps cooking apple vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan
  • 12 cups tomatoes, optional
  • 1 Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour to create a roux, cooking until golden. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth.
  3. Add sea salt, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, and Tuscan blend; bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and heavy cream; cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add potato gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float.
