- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

- 16 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, softened butter, sugar, salt, and egg to form a smooth dough. Press this into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar; layer over the dough.
- Beat mascarpone cheese with eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; pour over apples.
- For the crumble topping, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cubed cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle over the mascarpone layer.
