  • 2/3 cup (187g) peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp (37ml) milk
  • 1 1/4 cups (300ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp (21g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp (37g) powdered sugar
  • 12 oz bag mini Reese’s, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating together room-temperature cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and milk until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Assemble the trifles by layering peanut butter cheesecake in cups, topping with chopped Reese’s pieces and chocolate sauce, followed by whipped cream. Repeat the layers and finish with whipped cream and a mini Reese’s on top.
  4. Chill the trifles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
