Ingredients
- 1 baguette (sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds)

- 250 g Baby Bella mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup Marsala apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 package Brie cheese (sliced)
- 1 bunch fresh parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch rounds and brush both sides with olive oil. Toast on a baking sheet for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Stir in Marsala apple vinegar and let simmer until reduced by half. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Assemble by placing a slice of brie on each toasted baguette round followed by a generous spoonful of the mushroom mixture.
- Bake assembled crostinis for another 3-5 minutes until the brie melts.
