  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips (or semi-sweet chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in mini vegan marshmallows, chopped peanut butter cups, and chocolate chips.
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to portion dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
