Ingredients
- 10 oz challah or French bread, cut into chunks
- 24 oz frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)
- 2 tsp light butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Grease a 13×9 casserole dish and arrange bread evenly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar; mix in almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour egg mixture over bread, pressing down to soak evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
