- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)

- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter (room temperature)
- 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and generously butter a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour into the prepared pan.
