Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
- For the topping, combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheesecake filling and dot with cold butter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool before slicing.
