- Optional: 1/2 to 2/3 cups chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, or peanuts)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients in three portions while alternating with sour cream until just combined.
