Ingredients
- 1½ cups long grain white rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice, soup, water, milk, and onion soup mix. Pour into the greased baking dish.
