Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together lukewarm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms; knead on a floured surface until smooth (8–10 minutes).
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a damp cloth for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Prepare filling by mixing sugar and cinnamon; toss raspberries in mixture.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread raspberry filling evenly and roll tightly.
  7. Cut into slices and place in a greased baking pan; let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
