  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped cooked beef, shredded Swiss cheese, drained sauerkraut, and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm it up.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into uniform balls.
  4. Set up your breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and combined rye and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each ball in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs ensuring an even coating.
