  • 32 oz low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 32 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 can red beans (16 oz)
  • 1 can cannellini beans (16 oz)
  • 1 cup dry ditalini pasta

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, crumble the ground turkey and cook until fully browned.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery; sauté until tender. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, water, tomato paste, marinara sauce, granulated sugar, basil, oregano, and thyme; mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add ditalini pasta with drained beans to the pot; cook until the pasta is al dente (about 5 minutes).
