  • 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground sage
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  3. Sauté onion and garlic in the same pot until softened; add flour to create a roux.
  4. Gradually stir in chicken broth; bring to a simmer.

  6. Add back the cooked beef and frozen vegetables; heat through.
