- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1.5-inch cubes

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Cut the beef into cubes and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Sauté aromatics: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
